All orders are sent via Royal Mail - there are different options for you to choose depending on how quickly you require your order.
Shopify give an estimated time of delivery but this is not set in stone. Choosing a standard letter/parcel postage will not give you door to door tracking - it will only update when a delivery has been attempted. All references are given once an order has been dispatched.

I am not a huge shop - It's just me physically in the office and I am a mum first and foremost to my two children.
Due to personalisation on my items, refunds are not accepted.
